Property Tour: The Creek Cabin

Updated: Jan 30

UPDATED JANUARY 2024

One thing we love about our property is all of the different options we have for guests to choose from. Located on Highway 87, across the street from the hotel and nestled behind one of our favorite small town restaurants, the Creek Cabin is a hidden gem that has become a fan favorite! The Creek Cabin sleeps two guests and is dog-friendly.

When you walk up to the Creek Cabin, you’ll never guess what awaits you once you get inside - a bright, open and airy home- perfect for a cozy weekend getaway, especially if you’re a morning person or enjoy star gazing in bed.

As you enter through the front door, your eyes immediately go to the huge clerestory windows that line the back wall of the house, filling the entire open-concept space with beautiful natural light. The living room has a large TV and comfortable couch, perfect for settling in and watching a movie together.

One of the most unique things about this property is Mike The Elk! Yes- that’s where the name comes from. Mike was hanging in the cabin when we originally bought it, and I begged the owners to let him stay after the purchase. He’s one of our favorites!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your getaway. Modern renovations, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar are all included to make you feel right at home.

There is even a dining room table, perfect for family gatherings and game night.

The bedroom features a king sized bed with our signature bedding. You’ll love it so much, you’ll want to recreate the entire set up at home. There is even a TV in the bedroom so you can relax in bed and watch your favorite shows. There is an en suite bathroom with a large, glass shower and modern, bright touches.

One of the things I love most about the Creek Cabin is how secluded you feel once you’re inside. This feeling continues on to the back yard where you are surrounded by the beautiful forrest and nothing else. Keep in mind that open yard when you’re bringing your pups- you’ll want a leash for sure! There is a hot tub, fire pit, and table outside so you can make the most out of your stay. It really is a special place, one that guests return to again and again.

Click here to book your stay in The Creek Cabin! We can't wait to host you. See you 'berry soon!
