We’re pretty proud of the amazing team we’ve built over the years since opening the Inn back in 2016. Two of the integral people on our team are Dan and Marina Berryman. No doubt, if you’ve been to the Inn in the last several years, you’ve seen this dynamic duo at least once! Dan is the brains behind the beans at Windmill Coffee and our part-time handyman, and Marina has been our all-star Property Manager. They’re two of our absolute favorite people, and Strawberry is immensely blessed to count them among its residents!
A few years ago, Dan took a full-time job as the pastor of the local church – The Strawberry Chapel. He is so perfect for this role after spending much of his adult life as a full time missionary. While Dan and Marina will continue to stay engaged with the coffee shop and events at the Inn, they both have a deep desire to work to help the church grow. We’re so excited for the two of them, and for what this means for Strawberry. This will be a new chapter for them and for us! We're grateful that in this new phase, they will continue to be an integral part of the Strawberry Inn family.
With their coming transition, we’re looking to find the next property manager join us as we move into this new phase. The Strawberry Inn property manager role includes a variety of responsibilities – each day looks a bit different! You’ll get to meet a wide array of people, manage a great crew of on-site staff, help keep The Strawberry Inn in tip-top shape, and ensure the guests have wonderful experiences.
Marina will help train and mentor the new PM before officially transitioning out of her current role. You’ll be very well equipped!
